Open to anyone of any age, learn to slow down for moment and observe our mind {which is always in movement} in a deep level and look at our inner selves with full awareness.
We will focus our attentions to different parts in the body with different breathing techniques while using imagination and develop mindfulness, harmony and relaxation.
